What a fantastic way to experience Roman culture! Our professional chef Stefano was fantastic! He helped us step by step to prepare an amazing lunch complete with tiramisu for dessert. The meal was delicious and now we can recreate this memory at home whenever we want!

So much fun for the family. Chef Rob and Elissa were great hosts. Very interactive and took time to explain how to make two pasta dishes which we then had for lunch. A great experience.

My teenagers and I loved this class! Ferdinanda was a great teacher and shared her personal and family history with us during the class. It was awesome to hear from a local resident about the best places to visit and eat in town. Making the gnocchi was harder than we expected, but she made it fun and gave us all the pointers and tips we would need to do it at home. The homemade sauce was fantastic. This was definitely one of the best meals we had in Rome! We were hesitant to take the class because none of us likes the flavor of coffee (which is traditional in tiramisu), but Ferdinanda showed us how to make it with and without coffee - perfect!
