Manuel was an amazing guide! We had a deep dive into the history of flamenco (and Andalusian Spain) over charcuterie followed by an improvisational flamenco show. We finished off with an excellent dinner of various tapas and wines. Manuel made us all feel like family and kicked off our trip to Spain with aplomb.
